Appeals court confirms that Vitals/Steward Hospital contract was Fraudulent. Collusion existed between Steward and Government representatives. Joseph Muscat, AG and heads of INDIS and Lands Authority - must jointly pay for court expenses, along with Steward.

I salute the memory of Mrs. Rose Vella, who passed away last night.

Mrs. Vella had to endure the pain of seeing her daughter Daphne Caruana Galizia assassinated and had to silently endure all the pain of fighting for justice for her daughter.

May she rest in eternal peace.
