@MattersInformed@SamaHoole Carbs in food are varied and many. Whole foods will help you.
As a long term diabetic I know this well.
Processing, refining & adding synthetic chemicals to the food chain has led us to where we are.
Gary Taubes has a good take on this. Western diets = Western diseases.
On nearly every single social media post the dangers and refusal of the Digital ID.

Do Seed Oils Cause Heart Attacks?
By Tucker Goodrich
"Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and industrial countries around the world. This is hardly news, but what is not widely understood is that this has not always been the case.
Even as recently as the early 20th Century in the United States and United Kingdom, what we now call atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) was unusual. If you find this hard to believe, consider that while a comprehensive list of causes of death was first commenced in 1836 in the U.K., and an International Causes of Death list (building upon the previous work from several nations) was created in 1893, it wasn’t until 1930 that coronary disease was included as a cause (Strong, 1936), 18 years after it was first described (Herrick, 1912)."

@EssexPoliceUK say it was “unethical” of me to report my awful experience at the hands of two constables.
Really?
The British people deserve to be informed about the Kafkaesque state of their justice system.
Instead of solving frightening crime police are frightening people.
Ed Miliband has been caught out - he is the ‘person with significant control’ at the company he used to publish ‘independent’ data justifying his Net Zero nightmare. If he had any shame he’d resign
Just changed my work hours to part time. This summer I was sat at my desk staring out the window at the few sunny days we had. I’m 52 and will be good for fuck all at 67. I’m living now. Fuck the money.

Let me show you 24 more pieces of evidence proving that COVID was a BIG HOAX.⬇️
Living in the 2020s…if you buy cheap, you’re eating rapeseed oil. It’s in almost everything on supermarket shelves. Bread, desserts, pies, meats, even sushi! Many can’t afford the good quality foods (which are understandably higher priced) and so are forced to consume poisons.
Led Zeppelin witnessing their tribute by Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart performing the triumphant "Stairway to Heaven", at Kennedy Center, 2012.
This is why we should always pay tribute to people when they're still alive. The joy and the emotion on their faces are priceless.
@davidkurten Is this purely a funding issue or has external pressure been applied?
I’ve enjoyed watching and listening to this station for a while.
Good presenters, some high profile and knowledgeable guests.
Are we just looking at cancelling dissent here?
It is very sad that TNT Radio is finishing this week.
Thank you to all my colleagues, guests and listeners for helping to make my first time presenting a show to be a joy and a pleasure.
Many of you messaged me asking what happened to me and why I haven't hosted our shows since early July. I apologize for not being in touch with everyone regarding my sudden disappearance from the airwaves, but I assure you it was for a good reason. In mid July, I was hospitalized, after which time I had to undergo a life-saving surgery, followed by 10 days in ICU recovering from the operation. I'm consider myself very lucky to be here. Since then, the last 6 weeks have been an extremely difficult and challenging recovery period - rehabilitating some basic bodily functions, including breathing, walking, and the ability to engage in day to day tasks which we all take for granted. This has been the biggest physical, mental, and spiritual challenge of my life, and although I am not yet 'out of the woods', I'm experiencing real positive improvements each day - thanks to some transformational and radical approaches to my day to day health, nutrition, and general outlook on life. The recovery period is long, but week by week, day by day, we're moving forward. Aside from posting some tweets, I haven't been well or strong enough to do very much, much less host the 6 live programs a week I was doing before this incident. In time, I hope to gradually return to doing more media and journalism. A deep gratitude to all my family, friends, and fellow media colleagues, as well as amazing medical and care staff who have help me get through the last 2 months. It really means a lot, without it, I'm not sure where I would be. Also a really big thank you to our part-time media team members and volunteer contributors at 21WIRE - all of whom have been helping to keep our website, along with X, Telegram, FB, Rumble etc. accounts going during my extended absence.
C u again soon 🧡🙏
