My mum always said ‘before you judge somebody walk a day in their shoes’ - watched 2 fantastic programmes this week that emphasise the point - David Harewood The Dimbleby Lecture and Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland. Take the time to watch them, you won’t regret it.

2 years today since I finished work. Can’t believe how quickly it has gone and how busy I have been. Never regretted the decision but still miss many of the friends and colleagues I had the privilege to work with 😎

Shocking to hear on the BBC today that the age you are most likely to get murdered in UK is under the age on one. 20 murders a year!!!surely with the shared resources of so many agencies we can find a way of stopping this? #FinleyBoden Come on @RishiSunak make this the priority
