A message to every officer that attended Southampton last night.
You were given an amazing opportunity to show a bit of solidarity with the public. And to acknowledge that your colleagues treated Henry appallingly.
All it would have took was to bend the knee in Henry's memory for just 1 minute with the crowd as they did.
You could have diffused nearly all the hostility in that 1 simple act.
Shame on you...
If the roles were reversed you'd have already called a cobra meeting, had the bodycam footage ready to be released immediately. The sentence today would have been a whole life order, a day/week/month named and a statue in memory.
You had to be pushed to even write this tweet.
You make me ill with anger. I am disgusted you have ever had ANY influence and authority in this country nevermind Head of DPP and Prime Minister.
Neither @SkyNews nor the @BBCNews channel covered the Nowak family statement from outside the court.
Of course @GBNEWS did.
@Keir_Starmer remains silent, like the pathetic coward he is.
Well, Good People of Britain, we clearly know who our enemies are.
@GBPolitcs The extra click of the handcuffs by the police officer just before he is read his rights is heartbreaking. Henry is not resisting. Henry is wearing black which masks the red of the blood but you can still see he is soaked in blood through the arm of his jacket. so distressing.
The scam account using my name, @henrynowaksol, has now been banned by X.
For the record: I am based in the UK, not India. I do not monetise my account (it’s far too small for that anyway).
The fact that someone hijacked the tragic death of Henry Nowak in an apparent attempt to profit from it was shameful, exploitative, and deeply disturbing.
Thank you to X for taking swift action.

🇬🇧 Every clock on Earth is set to one place.
Every time zone starts there. Every GPS satellite is guided by it. Every flight, every trade, every second measured anywhere on the planet traces back to one place.
A small building on a hill in south-east London.
In 1675, ships were vanishing. Not from storms. From not knowing where they were.
You could read the stars and find how far north you'd gone.
But east or west?
Nobody had solved it. Thousands of sailors died because nobody on Earth could answer one question.
Where are you?
Britain built an observatory at Greenwich to find out. And a self-taught carpenter from Yorkshire named John Harrison spent his life solving it.
He built a time piece so precise it kept perfect time across months at sea. For the first time in history, a captain could know exactly where his ship was.
British ships carried the answer to every ocean on Earth.
By 1884, seventy-two percent of the world's shipping already used Greenwich as their reference point. The world hadn't been asked to choose Britain. It just did.
Twenty-five nations came together in Washington and voted to make it official. The world would set its clocks to a building in London.
France abstained.
Then quietly adopted it anyway.
Today, every second on Earth is still measured from that building. Every time zone. Every satellite. Every phone in your pocket syncs to a line drawn through a hilltop in south-east England.
Britain didn't just keep time.
She gave it to the world.

Can you believe the audacity of Sadiq Khan? Ignored grooming gangs for years, mocked people asking about 'em, now with 9000 London cases exploding, he's pretending he's the hero pushing probes. Nah, you're done @SadiqKhan#ResignKhan#TwoFaced#GroomingGangsCoverUp
Many are calling me a ‘hypocrite’ because I speak against illegal immigrants coming here on boat and yes, I was once an ‘asylum seeker’ too.
But let me tell you the truth and the difference.
I came here with my parents and siblings after losing everything to war , religious persecution and violence in Afghanistan.
We fled after I lost my elder brother in this turmoil. We were under religious persecution and faced death threats daily. We didn’t come here to take, we came here to survive.
We didn’t bring hatred. We brought gratitude.
We came to live in harmony, not to recreate the same violence we escaped from.
But today, the very people we ran from, the extremists, the radicals, the tribal thugs, are being welcomed in by our government.
And I can see, with my own eyes, “a new Afghanistan rising up on British soil”
I’m warning you, not out of hate, but because I know who they are. I know what they believe, what they capable of. I know how they operate.
I escaped from them once. I won’t sit silent and let them take over the land that gave me and my family a second chance.
We still have time.
Let’s stop fighting each other and start fighting for Britain.
🇬🇧 United we stand. 🇬🇧
We are already falling by division
REMEMBER‼️Hundreds of Muslims gathered outside Rochdale Police station demanding 'justice' for the thugs who broke a policewoman's nose at Manchester Airport.
None were arrested or fast-tracked through the courts.
Meanwhile, people are in jail over tweets. #TwoTierJustice 🇬🇧
