@FamkeFrysk@nano_tech_2020@BhattiLaib9960 The UK is literally arresting people over social media posts that offend another person or holding a sign that says “I like bacon.” Police threatening arrest if someone called them a “bad” name.
@BaconOverlord@MrGameGovv@attorneyjlvd@AnthonyCumia Stand your ground only applies if you fear your life is in imminent danger of great bodily harm or death. He re-engages the young man and raises his firearm again. No sane jury is going to believe he is still in fear of his life. At that point he has in fact violated Florida law.
@BaconOverlord@MrGameGovv@attorneyjlvd@AnthonyCumia He drew down when the young man approached him, then fired warning shots, lowered his gun and continued to engage the young man once again raising his gun. That doesn’t demote fear for one’s life. I seriously doubt a court would side with the old man. Even here in Florida.
@san_domo93888@PoopTossinApe@AnthonyCumia Dude you really need to speak with an attorney to understand the stand your ground law. While the old guy “may” argue he feared for his life & pulls the gun out, once the kid retreats ya can’t fire shots. I guarantee even a Florida court would not rule in the old guys favor.
@1DogtownSurfer@gunjunky If you’re in a state that is not on this list there is a good chance as of May 2026 FRTs are allowed. Check state laws before buying or being in possession though.
@HTWingNut You are the type of person waiting in the grocery store line and when a new register opens you whine that people behind you jump to the other register. It’s douchebags like you that cause the zipper merge not to work. Maybe stop being the problem and assist in the solution.
@HTWingNut@BadAss6360 It’s not cutting in line. Both lanes are open and designed to be used up until the merge. Then zipper merge. Left, right, left, right and the traffic continues to flow as DOT designed it to work.
@OurFreedoms1776@KimKatieUSA@CuffandCrease Guy went back through metal detector and no beep. Can't prove he was an accomplice to Ii there guy nor that he even knew him. Absent of evidence he can't be detained.
