Day 1 of #lff for me today (excluding seeing Saltburn and May December at the local). The rain WONT stop me from getting to that Surprise Film tonight! However, I might be a little sleepy when I finally get there.
@BFI Hi, will the BFI box office be available for in-person booking at the start of the priority period for Members on 6th September at 10am? Can see you usually open at 11...
@NatashaHodgson@AlmeidaTheatre The twitter account is always tweeting out how if you turn up an hour before there's a really great chance of getting tickets. Might be a good last resort.
Final day of #LFF highlights have included Decision to Leave, The Menu, The Banshees of Inisherin and The Whale. All IMO near perfect movies.
Pinocchio, Till and GLASS ONION TONIGHT! Honestly #LFF is always one of the best weeks of my year. Thanks @TriciaTuttle @BFI
@sab_astley Spielberg's TIFF speech did give me a little hope. Although he mentioned that it was the first time he submitted a film into a festival, he also did mention that he wanted real movie fans to see it first, the only people that go to surprise films are real movie fans.
@findingkirjava You managed to get near the basket yesterday? That should be an achievement in itself! Hopefully there were still screenings left for ya
