Final day of #LFF highlights have included Decision to Leave, The Menu, The Banshees of Inisherin and The Whale. All IMO near perfect movies.

@sab_astley I don't know why but it makes me think he would relish at the chance to be the surprise film pick!

@sab_astley Spielberg's TIFF speech did give me a little hope. Although he mentioned that it was the first time he submitted a film into a festival, he also did mention that he wanted real movie fans to see it first, the only people that go to surprise films are real movie fans.
