Demand side has always been more inelastic than the supply side. Once these trade flows stick and get crystallized into mandates it’s hard to unwind.
Supply has steady moved higher. Demand taking some big leaps.
Mother Nature has finally say.

But I'm intrigued more about the growing demand story for U.S. commodities, that supply could amplify if yields do come in below trend. The combination of rising biofuel demand, trade deals (including China), Black Sea disruptions, Super El Nino, etc. all strengthen the demand outlook by more than currently reflected. #corn #soybeans #wheat #oatt
