ప్రధానమంత్రిగా ఇందిరాగాంధీ గారు దేశంలో తీసుకొచ్చిన విప్లవాత్మక మార్పులు, దళిత గిరిజన, బలహీన వర్గాల అభ్యున్నతి కోసం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన పథకాలు చిరస్మరణీయం.

ఈ రోజు భారతరత్న, మాజీ ప్రధాని దివంగత శ్రీమతి ఇందిరాగాంధీ గారి 108వ జయంతి పురస్కరించుకొని గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో సహచర మంత్రులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులందరితో కలిసి హైదరాబాద్ నెక్లెస్ రోడ్డులో ఉన్న దివంగత శ్రీమతి ఇందిరాగాంధీ గారి విగ్రహం వద్ద నివాళులు అర్పించడం జరిగింది.

ఇందిరాగాంధీ గారి జయంతి ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రభుత్వం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఆడబిడ్డలందరికి ఇందిరమ్మ చీరల పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నది. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంబించుకోవడం జరిగింది. అనంతరం మహిళా సంఘాల అభ్యర్థులతో గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు నిర్వహించిన వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లో పాల్గొన్నాను.

ఇందిరమ్మ ప్రభుత్వం ఆడబిడ్డలు ఆత్మగౌరవంతో తలెత్తుకొని బతికేలా అన్ని రంగాలలో సమూచిత స్థానం కల్పిస్తూ ప్రజాపాలన కొనసాగిస్తున్నది.

తెలంగాణలో ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత ఆడబిడ్డల అభ్యున్నతి కోసం గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో కోటి మంది మహిళలను కోటీశ్వర్ల ను చేయడమే లక్ష్యంగా స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల సభ్యులకు వడ్డీ లేని రుణాలు, ఇందిరా మహిళా శక్తి ద్వారా పెట్రోల్ బంకులు, క్యాంటిన్లు, సోలార్ పవర్ ప్లాంట్ ల నిర్వహణ, ఆర్ టి సి బస్సులకు యజమానులు చేయడం, వంటి స్వయం ఉపాధి రంగాలలో మహిళలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నది. అంతేకాకుండా ఆడబిడ్డల కోసం ఆర్టీసీ బస్సుల్లో ఉచిత ప్రయాణం, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు, కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డులు, రూ.500 కి గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్లు లాంటి అనేక పధకాలను అందిస్తున్నది మన ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం.

The Government of India has deputed Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri S. Abdul Nazeer Garu to Madina Munawwara to coordinate with the Saudi authorities regarding the tragic passing of 45 Umrah Zaireen.

Today, I along with Janab Khusro Pasha Biabani Sahab, met him and briefed him about the details of the Zaireen from Hyderabad who lost their lives in the incident.

A total of 38 relatives have been sent to Madina, and the Governor has been informed to ensure:
▪️ Better facilities for the families
▪️ Smooth coordination
▪️ Early and proper funeral procedures (Tadfeen) for all the deceased

We are continuously working to make sure every possible support is provided to the affected families in this difficult time.

తరువాత మార్చి 1–8 అంతర్జాతీయ మహిళా దినోత్సవం నాటికి పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల పంపిణీ పూర్తి.

"I met Jal Shakti Minister @CRPaatil on several issues pertaining to river water rights of Telangana and also requested him for funding for Telangana irrigation projects from the Govt of India. We have told him that there are several requests, representations of ours pending in the Central Water Commission and Ministry of Jal Shakti for a long time.

We have told him that the clearances for Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme, for Sammakka Sagar Project are pending in CWC for a long time, we request them to expedite the clearance. Justice Brijesh Tribunal, we have requested that the Minister and Ministry use good officers to expedite the award of division of Krishna water between Andhra and Telangana...Also, we have stated our objections both in writing and verbally with the Minister on the Polavaram-Banakacherla project or its successor project by Andhra Pradesh Govt on Godavari river.

We also conveyed our objections to Karnataka Govt planning to increase the height of Almatti Dam from 519 to 594...We have given a number of projects' details to the Govt of India and the Minister and requested for funding by Govt of India for irrigation in Telangana..."

Why are 57% of Indian women still anemic in a country where food is available, accessible, and affordable?
Because food ≠ nutrition.
Because diets ≠ nourishment.
Because “slim” is still chosen over “strong.”

Anemia isn’t just a statistic — it’s stolen energy, stalled education, reduced productivity, risky pregnancies, and lives lost. It is what happens when awareness doesn’t meet action, when literacy doesn’t meet nutrition, and when women’s health doesn’t meet priority.

It’s time we read labels, question trends, choose seasonal foods, embrace balance, and remember that our food is our pharmacy.
Health needs feminism — a voice that refuses to let women disappear behind silence, shame, or misguided diets.

Let’s talk. Let’s nourish. Let’s fight anemia together.

కొల్లాపూర్, చిన్నంబావి మండ‌లాల్లోని అయ్యవారిపల్లి, కొప్పునూర్, ఎన్మ‌న‌బెట్ల గ్రామాల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలను అధికారులతో కలిసి ప్రారంభించాను. ఈ సందర్భంగా రైతుల సమస్యలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నాను. కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాల్లో స‌న్న‌, దొడ్డు రకం ధాన్యం 17శాతం తేమ ఉన్నా కొనాల్సిందేనని అధికారులను ఆదేశించాను.

రైతులకు సరైన మద్దతు ధర, సకాలంలో ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు, పారదర్శక వ్యవస్థ అందించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యతనిస్తోంది. ప్రభుత్వం ఏ గ్రేడ్ ర‌కానికి క్వింటాలుకు రూ.2,389/-, సాధార‌ణ ర‌కానికి రూ.2,369/- మద్దతు ధర కల్పిస్తోంది. స‌న్నాల‌కు రూ. 500 బోన‌స్ ఇస్తున్నాం. రైతులు ఈ అవ‌కాశాన్ని స‌ద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలి. ప్ర‌భుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కేంద్రాల్లోనే ధాన్యం విక్ర‌యించాలి. దళారులను నమ్మి మోసపోవద్దు. కేంద్రాల వద్ద రైతులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా చూసుకోవాలి. కొల్లాపూర్ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గంలో మ‌హిళ స‌మాఖ్య సంఘాల ఆధ్వర్యంలోనే వ‌రి ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు చేసేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేశాం. ధాన్యం తూకం అయిన వెంట‌నే రైతుకు ర‌సీదు ఇవ్వాలి. ఆ త‌ర్వాత ధాన్యం త‌ర‌లింపు విష‌యంలో రైతుకు ఎలాంటి సంబంధం ఉండ‌దు.
