Because they’re already at a much lower capacity, 90% capacity looks good on paper, but it masks a much deeper problem. You have very low capacity and still not selling out games

Oregon State beat SD State 21-0. Cal actually beat them 31-10.

I only know b/c I watched the game. No hate though, still a great piece
