Let me know if you need help brother. You have to change some settings in the config like the aspect ratio bro & if you’re on nvidia gpu, you’ll need to change the scaling to full screen from no scaling

Internet optis are mostly placebo especially windows internet tweaks. For example, they'll use tcp optimiser which makes zero sense when games rely on udp packets, not tcp packets.

There's a couple things in the router interface you can change to get rid of packet loss and burst which many people find effective.
