Oscar Evaristo Nunez, a Honduran national, was arrested and charged with MULTIPLE s*x crimes against CHILDREN.

After his initial arrest, the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia RELEASED him despite having an ICE detainer.

Sheriff Stacey Kincaid, a Democrat, oversees that detention center.

Nunez was arrested again by ICE after his release.

🚨 BALTIMORE SCHOOL COMMISSIONER RESIGNS AFTER FBI SEARCH OF NONPROFIT SITE

Baltimore City School Commissioner Mujahid Muhammad has resigned, one day after FBI agents searched a Liberty Road building where he operates KEYS Empowers, a nonprofit mental-health organization.

Mayor Brandon Scott appointed Muhammad to the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners in 2023, citing his background in social work, mental health and public service. Scott’s office says it received Muhammad’s resignation Wednesday night.

The FBI has not publicly disclosed what investigators were looking for or accused Muhammad of wrongdoing, so the reason and scope of the federal investigation remain unclear. Muhammad and the school district had not provided an explanation for his resignation as of Thursday morning.

The situation does raise immediate questions for City Hall: Muhammad was a mayoral appointee to the body governing Baltimore City Public Schools, and state records now list his seat as vacant.

The key unanswered questions: What prompted the FBI search? Does it concern KEYS Empowers, Muhammad personally, or something else? And what did City Hall know before receiving his resignation?

WTF???!!! This is insane! NBC made Lindsay Clancy juror Kellie Farina re-answer a question - but they left her initial response in the video! This is at the 32:08 mark in the interview, watch:

Interviewer: "Do you think that she should be re-tried?"
Farina: "I would like to see her be re-tried, absolutely."

Then the interviewer looks off screen and gestures to someone. Was that a signal to edit that part out because they didn't like her answer? Then she stumbles through asking the EXACT same question!

Interviewer: "You think, you think, you would like she should be re- re-tried?"

Then they cut to another camera shot for Farina to re-answer the question.

Farina: "I would like him NOT to re-try her."

What is this? They didn't even edit out Farina's initial answer which was that she WOULD like Lindsay to be re-tried! In the span of 10 seconds, you can watch Farina basically say "yes" and "no" to literally the same question.

How can we believe anything these jurors say? If a juror answers a question in a way the media doesn't like they make them re-do the question with a different answer? How many other times has this happened? Fake. News. What a disgrace...
