I cannot believe that despite repeated attempts to follow up on a refund of £1,448 outstanding since May from @marksandspencer they continue to promise a cheque is in the post. I’ve reached the end of my tolerance levels so no alternative but to take them to court. UNBELIEVABLE.

Infuriated by lack of response from @gardeningexpres. Spent over ��400 on planting but if you have an issue with damaged items don’t expect ANY response. Impossible to reach out to anyone unless you maybe have time to wait in a chat queue for 2 hours.
