I’ve reached a point where I’m thinking about expanding my team again but I’m stuck between…

1. hire an established freelancer (and take the £££ hit)

2. hire a junior freelancer and train them up (which means investing lots of time)

What would you do?

Third option would be:

Hire an employee but honestly, the idea terrifies me because being solely responsible for someone’s livelihood (other than my own) seems like a LOT for lil ol’ me 🥲

Just goes to show the silly little narratives we tell ourselves about “I’ll start when…” or “one day…” when we could, in fact, just do the thing now

@MigraineTrust @DehennaDavison @WayneDavid_MP @david_duguid @mtpennycook We also need greater understanding of meds. I had the “life-changing CGRPs” for 6 months and they changed my life for the worse — daily severe migraines, painful injection site reaction, new symptoms of vertigo, etc…
