Year 5 used @purpleMash to create 3D models. They created the net, viewed it online in 3D before printing their design. Cutting out the net and glueing the tabs was tricky, but I’m sure you’ll agree they look fabulous! @GrangeMrsMcG @GrangeMissA @GrangeMissH #GrangeComputing

Year 5 used secondary sources to find out about the Viking invasion of Britain and King Alfred the Great. They were shocked to find out Viking means ‘Pirate Raid’ in Anglo Saxon because they used to raid monasteries for lucrative items. @GrangeMrsMcG @GrangeMissA #GrangeHistory

Year 5 made comparisons between the Anglo Saxon and Viking armies by finding evidence in their quality text. They then went on to compare their ideas with each other. Well done everyone! @GrangeMissA @GrangeMrsMcG #GrangeReading
