@Vangoatfarm After my horseradish has had a good wilting frost, I’ll be making it fresh. I don’t know if you’ve ever ground your own horseradish, but it’s really good. I do it outside. The fumes are no joke 😂

That looks so good! My uncle preferred Pittsburgh rare (though I think it was really blue rare). I remember him getting a steak from the freezer and cooking it in a searing hot pan, he’d throw some butter in there, and once the middle was warm, it was done. Steak is one of my favorite foods. 😃
