@HMRCcustomers Okay. This is a nightmare for someone that suffers from anxiety. It used to be simple and then you come up against discrimiation because you don't have a passport etc. How do we get a paper copy.

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to help my son log in to complete self assesment. He has gateway number UTR and NI but still says need to identify him! He doesn't have passport etc. Even had code sent to phone. What can we do??? Have spent 3 hours on the phone over last few days!

@HMRCcustomers Why is this when he has been able to do this online previously with no problem? I could understand if it was the first time! Not everyone has a passport or credit card.
