@FelipeV_FC They already had their money. Comes a point in NA sports culture that pricing stays consistent and not fluctuates based on a team ro player coming to town

@Infokid1Infokid @footy_prime She's 7, it's not high calibre. The prices get higher as the age groups go up and our club is one of the cheapest in the city. Youth sports in this country and far too expensive and made to make a quick dollar for organizations hence the reason we're so far behind others.

@Infokid1Infokid @footy_prime Daughter would be mid april to mid June and costs 400. 2 times a week. So 200 a month essentially. Plus all the little add on shooting and skills camps at 75 a pop. Oh and that's the cheapest tier available. I know we're comparing bc and calgary but it's ridiculous

@Infokid1Infokid @MeadeDude @footy_prime Just to have them take part in sport. My daughters club announced fees would be increased 80-320% this year because of the soccer association. Then we wonder why intake and growth is struggling going into a massive cycle for the country.

@Infokid1Infokid @MeadeDude @footy_prime Cost of everything has gone up, but the one question for development is, why does it cost me less to play competitive football than it does for my 7 year old. Albeit $100 less but still. Kids are never going to get ahead of families are forking out hundreds every couple months
