国内真的经济下行了啊。

前两天在上海徐汇一家桌游馆，朋友非说现在很多高学历学生都出来兼职，我还不信。后来他给我点了个陪玩小姐姐，叫 Lin，说是复旦的研究生，白天在实验室做项目，晚上来这边带桌游、陪聊天。

一开始我以为又是什么统一话术。结果加了微信之后，朋友圈把我看沉默了。前面是凌晨三点的实验室照片，后面是各种会议签到截图，中间夹着一堆“今天又被 reviewer 打回来了”“模型还没收敛”的吐槽。再往下翻，还有本科时候的国奖、竞赛金奖和保研截图。

她来的时候穿着桌游馆统一的衬衫，手里还拿着电脑。我随口问她怎么还带电脑，她苦笑了一下，说今晚DDL，等会儿客人少的时候还得远程连学校服务器跑实验，不然明天导师起来看到结果没出来，整个组都要挨骂。

后来我们边玩边聊，她说自己做的是多模态方向，最近在搞视频理解。她说现在AI卷得太夸张了，实验室里大家默认凌晨两点之前睡觉都算“养生”。组里有个师兄已经连续一个月睡办公室，因为要赶顶会deadline。

我半开玩笑问她，那你们���么拼，以后是不是年薪百万稳了？

她低头摆骰子，停了两秒，说：“哪有那么容易。我们组去年有师兄博士毕业，投了三个月简历还没找到特别满意的岗位。现在行业已经不是前几年那个闭眼起飞的时候了。”

说完她又补了一句：“但也没办法，学都学了，总得继续做下去。”

后来那局桌游结束已经快凌晨一点。店里人走得差不多了，她坐在角落里改PPT，旁边放着一杯已经凉掉的美式。我瞄了一眼屏幕，全英文，全是attention、alignment、reasoning之类的东西。

临走的时候我多留了300块小费。她一开始还不太想收，说店里有规定。我说没事，就当支持科研了。

她愣了一下，然后特别认真地说了句谢谢。

走出店门的时候，上海正好下雨。那一瞬间我突然感觉，现在很多年轻人真不是不努力，而是时代已经开始默认你必须一边燃烧，一边保持体面。

莫欺少年穷。

很多现在在深夜兼职、在便利店值班、在桌游馆陪玩的年轻人，白天可能正在写论文、跑模型、准备答辩。他们看起来普通，但身上那股想往前走的劲，其实挺亮的。

昨晚在北京五道口的一家猫咖，朋友给点了一个猫娘，叫 Neko ，说是海淀某校的大学生，组里经费困难所以出来兼职。本来以为是套话，加了微信发现朋友圈全是 Paper Talk、改代码跑到半夜的截图，还有好几张国家奖学金的证书照。

她一边给猫梳毛一边说，一般下了晚课实验��好刚好来猫咖上班，第二天如果有早八 or 组会就不排班，专业课绩点不敢往下掉，因为想冲港三新二的 AI PhD，SOP 里最看重的就是学术底子。我问她学什么的，她说学 AI 的，我于是问她目前工作的核心 idea 是什么，她手指还在挠猫下巴，张嘴就给我讲了 memory, agentic RL 和 continual learning，还顺手拿桌上的糖包摆了个简单的 workflow。

然后我端起咖啡敬了她一杯，走的时候在账单上多加了 200u 小费。莫欺少女穷！努力的猫娘，即使在猫咖，却也是闪闪发光。
