@RayGarciahawaii Very sad state of affairs. Police are people. Most are good and some are not. No police means you better be prepared to defend yourself and I find very few people are ready to do this. Calling 911 has to bring the kind of help you need urgently. If there is no police???

@WPAOG Remember this well. FD coats came back from the laundry at around 4AM on the day of graduation. The storm was no small event either. We watched it come down the Hudson as we stood in ranks at parade. Interestingly the rest of the Corps used the hang dry method effectively.
