Plot twist: it’s actually two holes, one by @MyJRA and one by @JHBWater, both left standing for months despite the danger and actual accidents. For anyone asking why we haven’t filled them in, 1. It’s illegal and 2. The infrastructure in the holes are badly damaged and needs repairing before they are closed. See video.
