In the past, location mattered more; I am not arguing that family wealth doesn't give you an advantage or that the era you're born in doesn't matter.
What if you are born rich in a metropolitan area during a boom time, but you are both dumb and lazy? You would be a failure.
But people born today, with the gifts God gave them, can and do achieve through their efforts.
There are always excuses, but they never improve your life.
