Mox sees this as his opportunity to remind everyone (and himself) who he is and what he does - he survives. he loses the match but he gets up and walks away but he sees Kyle not being able to do so, as weakness.
everything Mox has done since All In has been brilliant, especially this program with KOR. Whenever Mox is asked about a loss, he shrugs it off and says it's just 1 match and he will be back the next day to fight again. but when these losses to Hangman, Darby, KOR...
start to pile up, he is shaken, his ego is bruised and his identity is threatened. After being bested by KOR for the third time, he seems genuinely impressed - until Kyle collapses after the match, triggering Mox's insecurity and making him think "I lost to THIS GUY?"
@dogfins110@AzumiLP@AreVeeAye@Maffewgregg i feel like sometime after Bryan made Okada tap at FD 2023 they mentioned he was first to do so since Nakamura in 2015 but that might've been during their rematch at WK 18
A year ago Bryan Danielson said "I will not go gently into that good night" when referring to the end of his time as an active wrestler - he was always going to die a warriors death #AEWWrestleDream#ThankYouBryan
@winterweather a babyface darby beating Bryan in a match that essentially retires him is dumb the more you think of it. Bryan is literally putting over Darby by having the new biggest heel kill him off and pass the torch to darby to be the one to avenge him
