Losing every road game last season. Not doing anything big to improve from good to great. Having our offensive "stars" take long breaks with no goals.

@mikemaniscalco Pros don't play the game for good seasons. They play for championships. And when you fail year after year you're supposed to make improvements to the team. The Canes don't do this, each year. We don't like participation trophies. Once in awhile it's nice to grab the title.
