The little chip that is going to change the world. One grateful moment at a time. It is possible to become addicted to gratitude. I hope there is no cure!
@fencerider@gtconway3d This is quite simple. Weeks prior, Comey closed the case and promised congress he would let them know if anything changed. Something changed (Anthony wiener emails tied to Clinton). He told congress as promised. Congress told the public. You think Comey announced it. He didn’t.
@davidminpdx @RzstProgramming 19 year agent here. Never read his stuff. Never seen his book at the academy where I have gone to work every day for the last 7 years. I don’t like the FBI associated with this as it’s not true.
@davidminpdx @RzstProgramming I would like to see your source on the statement that this is taught at the FBI training academy or I would like to see a retraction of that statement.
@Comey I just finished the 3rd time watching the entire season! It is awesome writing that covers depths of leadership. Brene Brown did a good interview with the actors on her podcast.
Today I choose to be #grateful to live in a country with free and fair elections. I choose to see the tensions as voter engagement and caring about the future. It is great to be alive in 2020.
#Gratitude is never accidental. The grateful moments are simply the moments we choose to see them. They are all around us at all times and are not even really hidden in a real sense. Like in “The Matrix” a mindset shift makes them visible. - Grateful Chip
We are the builders of our own road ahead on which we will travel. We can build a rough road with bitterness and envy or we can embrace #Gratitude and lay a smooth and stable track. Once you realize you are the engineer you can choose your destination. -Grateful Chip
@TedLasso is the walking epitome of #gratitude. If you have not yet checked out this show, do yourself a favor and watch season 1. I promise it will make you feel better.
How #Gratitude Can Help Students’ Mental Health https://t.co/mdUsLocvjD
"students also reported increased positive emotions, decreased anxiety and negative emotions, and greater satisfaction with both their friendships and their lives overall."
Life is an infinite game. There is no "winning" life, only getting better or not. #Gratitude is also infinite. There is not a grateful act or moment that puts you across the finish line. You just keep doing it over and over because you know it makes you and others better.
Values + behaviors = culture.
If you want a better culture then make gratitude both a value AND a behavior. Expect it of all and show the way by exercising it regularly.
Being #grateful when things are going well is easy. The times when we need #gratitude the most are the times it is the hardest - when everything seems to be going wrong. Teach yourself to reach for it in those moments for that is the mindset that transcends. - Grateful Chip
Every time you get a negative thought ask yourself, "Is this something I want to manifest?" Be consciously aware of the thoughts you entertain.

How awesome would it be if you could express #gratitude to someone and then know the effect it had on that person and the ripple effect on many others?
That is what Grateful Chip does and, yes, it's pretty awesome. Download the app today.
Gratitude is the key to an abundance mindset. Imagine if you consciously acknowledged with gratitude the great things you receive every day. It would change your life. - Grateful Chip
