Gravesham has a proud LGBTQIA+ population. By raising the Inclusive Progress Flag in Community Square for LGBTQIA+ History Month, we honour those who campaign for our rights, those who stand with us as allies, and celebrate whilst remembering that we still have more work to do.
It was fantastic to see so many people having a good time, We enjoyed watching Grease in the evening. Great atmosphere, yes more of these please. Thanks

@DarrenNeilAdams@shanemochriecox@cohesionplus Thank you. We will search our database to confirm and if we don’t then we know where to find you for next year and you can point us in the right direction :-) Love and Pride 🏳️🌈 HBI
@DarrenNeilAdams@shanemochriecox@cohesionplus 4/4 Thank you for now suggesting SWTS Translation services. This is the website we found based on the details you provided https://t.co/nX7wiVagLR please let us know if this is incorrect and we will be in touch next year.
@DarrenNeilAdams@shanemochriecox@cohesionplus 3/4 Gravesham Pride is an organisation operated by volunteers. We do the best we can with the resources available to us.We are very sorry that despite our best efforts we could not find a festival trained BSL Interpreter due to availability & the train strike.
@DarrenNeilAdams@shanemochriecox@cohesionplus 2/4 Accessibility of our flag raising, march & main event are very important to us.Many of our volunteers are registered disabled so it is important to us both personally & professionally & why we searched for a festival train BSL Interpreter for a long time as you know.
@DarrenNeilAdams@shanemochriecox@cohesionplus 1/4 Thank you for reaching out when we enquired about festival trained BSL specialists.Sadly you were only available from 12pm-4pm & we needed one from 10:30-7:30.We did enquire with the RBSLI (the alternative you suggested) but no festival trained BSL specialists were available.
