Our farmers had a hands-on experience at the recent Krishi Vigyan Mela organized by the Agriculture University, Jodhpur. GRAVIS facilitated this visit, offering a chance to see live demonstrations of latest equipment, improved crop varieties and micro irrigation systems.
As a part of its 'Water Nutrition And Health In Thar Desert India' project supported by @HelpAge , GRAVIS conducted a 'Training Of Trainers'. Topics on indigenous wisdom of older people in farming, reducing chemical use, and promoting nutrition for the elderly were covered.
