@tatooinesun2121 I do feel you. I'm getting a bit burned out by the SW fandom tbh and I don't want it to ruin my love for the franchise. It's unfortunate that twitter is so addictive isn't it?
@z_00pIz I can't wait for Trump to tell Starmer to hand over the Falklands because Milei "really wants them" and "has said some very nice things about me"
@zeendonuts@DespoticInroad I think Holland is pretty centrist while Sandbrook is more right wing. I listened to their episode on Enoch Powell and I was pleasently suprised by how they didn't shy away from the fact that he did have racist views. I think Sandbrook does try to keep his bias out of things.
@aj_scifi@JamieJones723@retneysholocron It's why he regrets doing it afterwards and says it's "not the Jedi way" and blames himself, and Palpatine has to tell him its ok to take revenge because its "only natural"
@zeendonuts@DespoticInroad I quite like it, its very listensble and the hosts are likable. I know that Sandbrook is right wing so I just try to take his bias into account when I listen.
@retneysholocron Why is Luke so invested in saving his father and that there's "still good in him"?. Because Vader is his father. Why does Vader save Luke? Because he's his son.
@franzsherbert Some people find it hard to accept that having negative thoughts or emotions sometimes doesn't make you a bad person if you're making a sincere effort to control them
@The2ndBull@uncle_deluge I was being sarcastic btw, of course having negative feelings is part of being human, but there's so much moralism nowadays they'll call you "bad" if you ever dare admit to not being perfect
@The2ndBull@uncle_deluge You forget, you're not allowed to have any negative thoughts or feelings ever and if you do then you're an inherently bad person
