@CompleteSham@barselphon@trail_of_magic@fireshoes Clarification: the "draw a card" won't trigger because the Saga will destroy itself before you sacrifice it. Narci's third ability will resolve either way as long as you chose to keep Narci herself around.
@CompleteSham@barselphon@trail_of_magic@fireshoes Sagas have always worked this way. I run a Narci deck and there are other interactions to be aware of, like Fall of the First Civilisation (another UB, sorry) โ if you don't choose the Saga as one of your three then Narci won't trigger (even though the Saga then gets sacrificed).
@CompleteSham@barselphon@trail_of_magic@fireshoes You also have The Horus Heresy and The Superhero Civil War, where it sort of matters that you're controlling certain creatures until the ability finishes resolving.
@CompleteSham@barselphon@trail_of_magic@fireshoes There are plenty of Sagas that need to stay on the battlefield until their final ability finishes resolving. The Aesir Escape Valhalla, Trial of a Time Lord, Vault 13 (very similar), and any of the sagas that flip into creatures, to name a few.
@nestapendragon The baloth is smaller (dies to Elesh Norn, Massacre Wurm, etc) and doesn't let you use Fogs. If you're okay with that then yeah it's an upgrade.
@WadeMealing@MostlyMonkey I believe it's tied to the person but this is a complex topic. "Liability insurance" is what is legally required but many people have additional coverage that covers their damages. This may be tied to the vehicle depending on policy or regulations. I'm not an expert really.
@WadeMealing@MostlyMonkey Because it's a crime to drive without it and they're already going through your documents (license and registration) to see if they're in order.
@WadeMealing@MostlyMonkey Insurance pays out if you crash and cause a lot of damage (if you're at fault, insurance will then collect from you). Drivers are required to have insurance so if you cause damage, someone pays even if you can't. This is separate from registration.
@Mana_traders Technically you don't *need* to trample the damage over and you may choose to assign all 6 damage to the wall (or 5 for some reason). This will result in the defending player taking 0 or 2 damage, respectively. Situations when one would do this are rare.
@Mana_traders 4 (though attacker may decide 2 or 0). Vaultborn must assign lethal damage to the wall. Replacement effects are not taken into account so you must assign at least 4. It will be doubled when damage happens but nothing you can do about it. Remainder tramples over and is doubled.
