Wonder if the problem is that entities like the USAID has been shut down?

Remember how the taxpayer money was stolen from the taxpayer on some pretext by generous politicians? Then the politician's favorite NGO was given the tax money - AND - miraculously the stolen money somehow made its way back to the politicians to fund their campaigns and, of course, the abortion clinics.

Surely the campaigns are not having trouble getting voluntary contributions to their campaigns because their campaigns were never financed voluntarily.
