Based on the tracking data looks like day 8 of still no @UPS package. This is truly pathetic. They delivered one of two and now I fully believe the other one is lost since no movement on it since the 23rd.
Still struggling to get my @UPS package a week later. One of the two were received still waiting on the 2nd even after I was told it would be delivered asap. It’s truly wild
@UPS is truly the biggest scam of a company. Making up excuses saying they need the gate or door code. Ummmm we have neither and never got this before. Now my package is delayed by two extra days. Pathetic customer service all around. Just excuses.
@UPS I want my $6 packs redirect fee refunded. You didnt deliver it for 3 day. Then you take it to the ups store as directed. But now after 2 days that location can’t find the item and says it’s probably lost. So I paid you to lose an item and delay it now by over a week.
@hellminas@Starbucks That happened at two I was physically at at 430- and then a 5 pm opening and my partner was at another who confirmed the day before they would have them. To be told didn’t get any.

@UPS is truly a bunch of liars. Saying they attempted to deliver my package when I was home and outside. Never a buzz never a truck in sight. Yet now I have to wait another day. This is the worst service in the world.
@UPS is at it again. Saying they tried to deliver a package when i was home and not even ringing the door bell for it. 4 of the last 4 deliveries have had issues. And now I have to wait around another day. This is beyond frustrating and annoying.
@UPS yet again another package has not moved since the 7th and customer service says nothing they can do. This is way too common of an issue. The item has been in your possession since 8/6. It is now the 15th. I could have walked from NJ quicker.
If you look up the definition of useless. It will just be @UPS customer service. Don’t tell me my package will be delivered today and if it’s not by 7 to call you. When it’s 820. And the package hasn’t moved in 8 days from processing at facility and say nothing you can do.
@AmericanAir The best part is we asked the agent right before boarding if our bags made it and he said. Yes. Clearly he didn’t check since they left for Dallas hours before. So I think it was intentional. And no added compensation offered at all
2 out of th e past 4 times I’ve checked bags @AmericanAir has lost them. As a platinum member this is ridiculous. Now I have to wait for them to be delivered “when they arrive” this on top of a 10 hour flight delay. And all you get is $12 that’s useless in an airport.

Customer service is extremely dead tonight at @ChickfilA extremely rude employees. I did not receive what I ordered. So I went inside and told them. And then told “you get what you pay for” with an attitude. I should also get what I order. This was unacceptable from a regular.
@AmericanAir please explain why with gold status you are charging me a bag fee. On a government ticket. And the agent is saying nothing she can do or she would get in trouble? I would like my $35 back. Gold for at least 7 years
