Garrett Schoenle is a guy White Sox fans should have on their radar. In 2024 he pitched in 3 levels moving from Winston-Salem (Adv A) to Birmingham (AA) where he threw some important Championship innings and was part of a July 20th combined No-No. Garrett also made 1 June start in a depleted Charlotte rotation which also was a combined No-No.
Overall in '24 Schoenle pitched 70 innings split in relief and starting across 3 levels striking out 88 while only walking 23 to the tune of a 1.67 ERA and 0.94 WHIP. You will be seeing him in '25.
Garrett Schoenle was asked to make 2 starts this week. All he did was throw 7 shutout innings allowing 4H, 1BB, w/ 11K's. Today he goes 3 innings and only allows 2 baserunners on 2 singles. He strikes out 8 on 33S/48P. He will not factor in the decision. #Barons#WhiteSox

We had the pleasure of celebrating a Norse wedding tonight! Congratulations to the lovely couple, Ally and Dylan! So good to see so many of our alumni all in one place!💒🖤💛
Garrett Schoenle gets hitters out with a sneaky fastball up to 96 mph that has good carry and is tough for batters to see.
Will he make a jump into the @whitesox Top 30 soon?
