@superxshopify memang terlihat lebih bersih, tapi kayaknya ga knife-friendly, bikin cepet tumpul.
dan harga pisau bagus bisa berkali2 lipat harga telenan itu.
pakai telenan end-grain kalo mau pisau lebih awet.

maksudku seperti kecap manis atau kecap asin gitu. kan banyak tuh resep yang pake kecap manis atau asin. tapi ga pernah nemu yang pake kecap maggi.
