@Realtimeedu #ukfechat the use of different kinds of dialogue was something that really struck me in so many chapters. Would be lovely see more focus on these kinds of pedagogies in colleges, moving past 'questioning technique' as a catch all.

Q3) There is lot of talk about ‘learner-centred’ teaching in FE, and book offers some really broad examples. How do you see this in your teaching? #UKFEchat

@GreatFETeaching #ukfechat A3 in my practice as a starter I use the ‘what’s trending approach’ which generates a spark for the learners this is largely around the news and media and their interests - this also allows for the values things to be covered and is learner centered.
