Sad to report the passing of Allister Wright, founder and Pipe Major of the Lochaber Pipe Band. He was 99 years old. Our condolences to the Wright family. Picture below was taken around 1970.

Congratulations to Great Lakes Pipe Band members Ben Elliott and Mic Trenor. They both competed in the GR 1 CLASP competition in Glasgow, Scotland. Ben place 2nd in the Piobaireachd and 3rd in the H/J while Mic finished 4th in the Piobaireachd and 5th in the H/J. Congratulations!
