This was my decision.

Our core team and ambassadors executed their responsibilities exactly as they should have. The strategic shift toward a centralized exchange was my call, made in pursuit of broader geographic expansion and long-term positioning. After deeper review of both the exchange strategy and the current global economic climate, I determined that we need to reassess our launch to ensure sustainability and long-term control.

We are now recalibrating our launch structure to ensure it is properly aligned for long-term stability.

Regarding presale participants: your trust is not taken lightly. Liquidity commitments will be met, and I am personally ensuring that the necessary capital structure is in place to support a healthy launch environment once market tensions ease. Our goal is stability, not speed.

This moment represents something bigger than a launch delay. Nige is transitioning from a project into a fully structured company. That evolution requires stronger compliance, tighter operational standards, and long-term infrastructure. While this shift, combined with external global events, has created short-term friction, it strengthens our long-term foundation.

Let me also address something directly: threats or harassment toward our ambassadors, students, or team members will not be tolerated. They executed their roles professionally. Leadership decisions rest with me. Keep discourse respectful and focused on solutions.
