@RunItBackFDTV@ChandlerParsons@MichelleDBeadle@boogiecousins@TeamLou23 Brunson shoots that ball as soon as he sees the double coming knowing they have an advantage underneath. The shot acted as a pass with a 4 vs 3 rebounding edge. It was like a power play in hockey. Dribbling or passing out of that double team especially with Wemby wasn’t an option
@consolerocks@getnickwright@FTFonFS1 Yea then Wemby comes back rested to close the game. There is no reason why Wemby should have his season high in minutes (excluding a double overtime game) in a game his team was up 20 points for 75% of the game. Complete in game mismanagement.
@consolerocks@getnickwright@FTFonFS1 Yes but what I am alluding to is Spurs go back up 20 with 9:40 left. This is when Wemby would always get rest before coming back with 6 mins left. Instead he stays on floor and big lead starts slipping away and he keeps Wemby on floor whole time. And by end of game he’s spent.
@JomboyMedia This falls all on Mitch Johnson. He changed his rotations in the 4th quarter. Never sat Wemby who usually sits at 10
Minute mark. He went for kill shot and drowned in deep water. Wemby missed 2 tired free throws and played 43 mins in a game that was mostly a blowout.
@DonHarris4 This is one of the dumbest comments of all time. Nobody wanted him to get suspended. People wanted flagrant foul assessed. Thennnnnn another flagrant foul would result in suspension. Keep up.
@GetUpESPN Outside of Jay. This is an awful panel. Shump doesn’t think it was egregious but thinks it was egregious enough for retaliatory action. They want to compare a 7’4 guy ragdolling a 6’0 guy without the ball to 6’5 guys trying to stop a 7’4 guy from scoring.
@MikeVorkunov As effective as he’s been in 3rd quarters for some reason he isn’t even taking shots in some 4th quarters. Noticed going back to Cavs series. It’s been Brunson, OG, Shamet.
