Wow, Twitter (esp it's web layout) looks great these days. Might have to unfollow a ton of people from 5 years back and use it again.

Whereas calling their phone line customer service was a nightmare. From now on I'm using twitter to for tech support.

[Vincent Veneziani @GreatestTrades]

Using Twitter for customer service is the best option for any company. @TMobileHelp answered back in seconds and was polite and helpful

[Vincent Veneziani @GreatestTrades]

@TMobileHelp all I wanted was my hotspot data reset and your phone customer service couldn't comprehend that this is an error on your part.

[Vincent Veneziani @GreatestTrades]

@TMobileHelp your phone customer service is awful. my hotspot usage was used completely in one night and no one used it. Not cool.

[Vincent Veneziani @GreatestTrades]

Twitter has some cool peeps on it though and some neat ways to interact so, we'll see. More interested in video like Twitch. Snapchat.

Really think I might delete my Twitter account soon. It's about that time in life. Took the Facebook app off my phone today; barely use it.
