@HMRCcustomers I'm done the change as an online form, I had a notification to check tracked forms and the option in bold of 4 steps is "we have sent you a reply" but I have had no reply.
@HMRCcustomers It has gone through, I just cant open the link to the correspondence. It just said it will update in a few hours but I've been checking most days.
@HMRCcustomers I filled an online form to update a name change after marriage. My account says ive had a reply but I have not received email confirmation and can not open any letter on my account. I submitted on 30th September.
