Golden rule for today:
1.Your reputation is your most valuable asset.
2.Time management is crucial, prioritize wisely.
3.Your success is determined by your ability to adapt to change
4.Your attitude and mindset will determine your success more than your skill.

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

Valid💯

[Praise George @praisegeorge]

"If you want to create something valuable financially, you don't pursue that. It's best to pursue providing useful products and services. If you do that, then money will come as a natural consequence, as opposed to pursuing money directly."

Elon Musk.

Golden path Rules:

Identity gives a man stability
Calling/ purpose gives a man direction
Character gives a man credibility .

The above are necessary for LIVING a FULFILLING life.

Ways to build real wealth over time:

• Index funds, set and forget

• Real estate, cash flow and growth

• Your own business

• Dividend stocks, passive income

• High-yield savings, safe and liquid

• Yourself, skills and knowledge

Start early. Stay consistent. That’s the whole secret.

The biggest investment you'll make is in people.

Anyone who connects you to money is automatically family. That shit is rare.

Do not wait for a coronation; the greatest emperors crown themselves.

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

You will always WIN in your mind ,before you WIN in reality.

#Mind's eye!!

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

I have always repeated this.

That is why small businesses still survive even without tangible profits for years.

Cash flow and meeting business obligations are key into delivering future long term business sustainability.✍️

[Kalu Aja @FinPlanKaluAja1]

Before you chase returns, build liquidity.

[Sola Adesakin @SolaAdesakin]

Keep money in money market mutual funds for cushion.
In treasury bills for certainty.
In stocks for compounding.
In real estate for concrete value.
And in other ventures for creativity and growth.
Wealth is not built in one basket.
Diversify wisely.

Dangote understands what he was saying by making it plain he was going to pay dividends in dollars($).

He is simply signalling that he is going to work ahead of currency risk inflation.

Now global investors understand that .

That is massive.
#Big game.

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

Staying hungry is how you get motivated.

[Toby @TomolaGroup]

Dangote just announced plans for a 10,000-hectare deep seaport in Ogun State.

To put that in perspective. Apapa Port sits on about 81 hectares. Tin Can Island is around 84.

Dangote is building something over 60 times bigger than Nigeria’s biggest existing port.

This week alone he announced an East African refinery with Museveni, doubled his Ethiopia fertiliser plant to $4 billion, and now this.

While most billionaires retire after one trophy asset, this man is quietly building the spine of an entire continent.

If you own shares in his listed companies, you are not just investing in Nigeria anymore. You’re inheriting Africa’s industrial future.

Important to business survival.

Especially in the developing economy where economic indices and uncertainty is the order of the day.

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

Cash flow is like oxygen the business needs to keep breathing.whilst sales is like the heart a business needs to keep surviving.

In summary:
Out of the two proponents of business survival.

1.Cost minimisation
2.increase in turnover.

No 2. Above should be more

[SokoAnalyst @SokoAnalyst]

A business can survive competition. It can even survive slow sales. But it cannot survive unpredictable taxes, rising fuel and collapsing purchasing power forever.

[SokoAnalyst @SokoAnalyst]

The smartest entrepreneurs today are not chasing every customer. They are identifying the right customer, solving a painful problem and building trust around consistency.

Africa needs to adopt China’s governance model now to accelerate her development.

[Wisdom Ugwu🕋 @Greatwise7]

@Elon musk is not just a person.

He is a 'TOP FINANCIER"..you don't wanna joke with that as a right thinking government in power..

That is one of the ways you accord him respect.

I love to call him a Disruptive Thinker!
#A superpower.A force!!
