@AskeBay What happened to ebay? Why is it so difficult to open a case in order to ask for assistance? (buyer side) I've been using ebay for my whole life but I'm so frustrated that I'm reconsidering. I bought an item and upon paying I left a message to the seller to use adequate

@AskeBay Thats why I requested the dimensions before shipping and gently asked to pack the item in an adequate box. I was ignored, the seller didn't try to fix the problem, the feedback was removed (for an unknown reason) and I was left with no options!

@AskeBay Unfortunately I cannot use this option since the item is shown as delivered. It was delivered to a forwarding hub & unless I pay the amount requested the item will never arrive to its original dest. These forwarding hubs calculate their shipping with regards to weight & dimension

@AskeBay Unfortunately I cannot open a return because it is currently in a forwarding hub. When I contacted the forwarding hub they are refusing to touch the package. It has to be posted directly to me in the packaging it went in. I opened a return ticket however I had to close it..
