Συγκεκριμένα, ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ με τον Ν. 4619/2019, ισχύος 1-7-2019 κατήργησε το άρθρο 401 του Ποινικού Κώδικα, που καθιστούσε ποινικό αδίκημα την αλιεία στα ελληνικά χωρικά ύδατα ξένων πλοίων δίχως άδεια και έτσι αποποινικοποίησε την ήδη υπάρχουσα προκλητική και παράνομη τουρκική  αλίευση εντός ελληνικών θαλασσών!

Historically, the Ottomans knew when we the Greeks were down from other wars and deprived and shamelessly took advantage of that and occupy/steal Greek land
