I guess scope is more foundational than I thought. It seems like scope could be used in teaching for teachers to stay on the learning objective.
After looking at the 21st Century Skills Map β Project Management for Learning, I realized I made projects that required students to form a plan, execute a design and divide work up within the group. The project cycle terms reminded my of Bloom's taxonomy for program management.
