In Colombia, the food doesn't tend to be very spicy, but there will always be a pot of homemade "Ají" in the middle of the table so you can spice up your life as you please! It tends to be a chopped sauce with texture (not smooth). Try this out! #getgreedy #receta

Is it just me? Or have the clocks aligned and it's Thursday again? #TBT. This time we're in quite possibly one of the most stunning places I've ever been....San Blas, Panamá. The boat crew went fishing and then came back with a load of lobster and BBQ'd it. It was phenomenal.

Throwback to returning to this restaurant about 20 times to eat this beautifully named avocado-based wonder whilst I was in Medellin, Colombia. It was called "aguacate encrostado" (encrusted avocado) and I was in the city for a day. Jokes. Or am I? #getgreedy #TBT
