@SherwinWilliams one of your management training associates just told me, the FT 3rd Key, ““You’re right, but I’m still going to do it the ‘managerial’ way.” in response to him forging the daily checklist. I work at store 3393.
I woke up Monday to a phone call from @SherwinWilliams backing out of our street mural because of our message we chose. I went to bed last night after making various store runs. Our paint was paid for via a law firm based out of Colorado.
@SherwinWilliams can y’all close my brothers store, many people have tested positive and he is in fear for his life and my family’s. Please and thank you.
@SherwinWilliams it’s really fucking stupid that you make employees work sundays to begin with. But extending our hours again is incredibly irresponsible and makes it obvious you still don’t give a fuck about us.
A @SherwinWilliams employee’s wife tested positive for #COVID19 - he worked alongside several other employees, he was sent home and is waiting to be tested. Why weren’t the other employees sent home until this guys test came back as a precaution?
@SherwinWilliams it has been days and no response?? I would be happy to take this to the local news stations and have it picked up pretty quickly. I know the local commerical store in Carrollton also had confirmed cases and SW did nothing.
@SherwinWilliams your store employees are retail, warehouse, and customer service all in the middle of a pandemic and you can’t pay them for more? You guys fucking suck. I could make 2 gallons or I could make 200 gallons and I would still get paid the same. This needs change.
Robin’s story continued... Because I “resigned” I can’t get unemployment and I guess I’m supposed to get PUA but I call the unemployment office every week and no one knows why I can’t apply.
Robin’s story continued:
@SherwinWilliams had me go on an 8 week unpaid leave. When the 8 week leave was over they gave me the option to come back or resign. Daycares in my area weren’t open yet so I had to resign.
Her story... share it!
My name is Robin Benza.
I worked for Sherwin Williams as a sales rep in Cincinnati, Ohio (a job where I could work from home) and they forced all reps into stores. I couldn’t work in my local store from 8-5 because schools and daycare closed. #covid
Her final words to me:
@SherwinWilliams , a multi billion dollar company, didn’t work with me at all through this pandemic. I don’t even know what to do anymore.
@SherwinWilliams How come your sales reps with children were forced to take unpaid leave then quit this spring when they didn’t have access to childcare and needed to be able to work from home instead of the stores? #covid#unemployed#employers#supportworkingparents
