This is a prompt I'd run manual only, right before bed, with any leftover tokens (Claude Co-work $20/mo).

Its really cool, but if you let this prompt run continuously, you'll be burning so many tokens.

Using Sonnett is a sweet spot for everyday tasks, when I need deep thinking, Opus is incredible. Haiku is cool for simple folder cleanup and general questions.

But running this prompt on Opus, it would likely burn up the tokens within one or two follow up prompts.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

What about modifying it so that's its a manual thing? And would it be as useful?
