Ween your show attendees off all printed materials then once you go all digital on attendee materials then go to work on your exhibitors to offer them ways to provide info to attendees by digital ways. Imagine a paperless show!!! #expochat

Also the Plastics Expo show in Orlando used the cardboard structures in their lobbies because they really care about trying to reduce the waste footprint of their show. #expochat

At IMEX this year the Freeman Booth was made of 100% high quality paper booth structure and on many show they are now using them - like NRF show in NYC show all their pods were made of high quality cardboard. #expochat

Some of the hotel venues are starting to charge by weight and not dumpsters used. Be careful to check when signing a contract to see tha hidden cost for recycling. #expochat
