@lufthansa Hi, could you please clarify this glitch. I am selecting economy flex at an extra cost and when I am checking details it says refundable if we have to change it in case, and when I am going further in the cart it says 22k Inr will be deducted.

I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding my shipment with AWB number.

This parcel was was handed over to Blue Dart in Delhi on August 13.

Man went to buy shoes from a Red Tape store and purchased items worth ₹4,713.

He asked for carry bags. The company refused to provide carry bags for free, citing company policy.

He was charged an extra ₹30 for three carry bags.

He then went to consumer court, filed a case, and won.

The court ordered Red Tape to pay:
- ₹30 for the three carry bags, with 9% annual interest.
- ₹15,000 as compensation for mental harassment, pain, and agony.
- ₹11,000 towards litigation expenses.

The amount must be paid within 45 days. If not, an additional 12% annual interest will apply.

4. Arrange delivery to the original destination address or allow me to collect the shipment from the appropriate Blue Dart facility if that is faster.
5. Provide me with a clear update rather than simply informing me that it shows RTO in the system.
