@Councillorsuzie Scotland has ½ land & 10th pop of England & has its own devolved Govt. It makes good sense to have 2 strategic hubs, spread the load. Plenty new govt projects in London - Lizzy line cost 18.9 bil! It doesnt hep me but don't begrudge it & l dont remember your uproar either tbh
