@KahrsJeffreyW @YOWSENS A conviction is never guaranteed. The death penalty isn’t guaranteed. It leads to years & years of appeals which drags the families through endless hell. You get one juror with a bleeding heart and you get a hung jury and it has to be done again or he gets a sentence with parole.

@RobSchneider Whereas kids used to be diagnosed as cognitively impaired (r-word) or low IQ or whatever else they called it, now they just throw them all in together and call everything autism. Additionally, the diagnosis is completely subjective due to the wide “umbrella”. It’s OVER diagnosed
