Waterloo Bridge is crumbling due to lack of maintenance funding but TfL appears to have bottomless financial reserves for yet another pavement-severing cycle lane.

Is it too much to ask for a London transport strategy that prioritises all modes of transport instead of just one?

Remembering PC Keith Blakelock QGM who was murdered in the line of duty 41 years ago today.

Murdered defending fire fighters who had come under attack whilst fighting a fire during serious disorder on the Broadwater Farm Estate.

His legacy of bravery lives on.

Folks we are all witnessing Britain sinking into the Abyss on just about every level; our borders & streets & even militarily airports are not safe as seen by America removing all of its B1 Bombers! I think we need more than couple of Aspirins! Britain has become UNRECOGNISABLE🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The Greens must never be near the power of government, if they are we will have fallen.

Just got my flu jab. Asked the nurse if I got a lollipop for being a brave little soldier.
She had absolutely no idea what I was talking about.
I'm very old.

This cannot be stressed enough. The State Pension is not ‘welfare’. It is, as Mark says, based on a contract and people paying in accordingly. And far from being ‘unaffordable’ the National Insurance Fund had a surplus of nearly £80bn last year. Something that the ‘axe the Triple Lock’ brigade never mention.

[🇦🇹Terry @Robinste11]

I DONT WANT THE TRIPLE LOCK PENSION I WANT THE SAME INCREASE IN MY PENSION AS MPs gets pay rise every year

[Norman Brennan @NormanBrennan]

Folks over the years I’ve been on this platform (16yrs) at the end of the night I have wished you all to Stay Strong & Stay Safe; never have I wished that on you more than tonight & boy you absolutely will need to be both over the next 6/12 Months; Stay Strong & Safe Nite👋👇🤷‍♂️🙏

[Susan Hall AM @Councillorsuzie]

Utterly bonkers! Fancy banning women from their own conference because they want women only spaces. The Green Party is beyond a joke!
